It has been a while since fans have interacted online with Bridget Achieng’, a familiar face from the Nairobi Diaries series, leaving her devoted followers raising eyebrows and expressing concern over her disappearance.

Once teeming with vibrant photos and regular updates, Bridget’s officially verified social media profiles have gone silent, prompting a flurry of inquiries that have yet to be answered.

In an April 2023 Snapchat post, Bridget justified her social media silence by stating, “I have many pages, and I can decide when to post or take a break.”

She shared a photo on her official Instagram page in November 2022 with a caption that cryptically read: “When you snooze, you lose.”

What followed was an outpouring of messages from her followers, yearning to uncover her absence.

Even @jacque.sarah, echoing the thoughts of many, sent forth well wishes: “I’ve been thinking about Sekani’s mum. I hope you’re doing fine mum. We Instagram aunties miss you.”

But as the mystery of Bridget’s absence grew, a new chapter in her story was quietly being written.

The former Nairobi Diaries actress and mother of one moved to the city of Esenyurt, İstanbul, Turkey.

Through a new Instagram page under her name, Bridget began to share glimpses of her life with a select few followers.

Her latest photo radiated a newfound confidence, capturing the essence of her evolution.

In one of her posts, Bridget’s post read, “What happened in this city recently has really opened my eyes. No one, I mean no hater like you, no matter what role you played for them before now. Just stick to the plan, make money, pray you don’t get into trouble, and don’t worry about any sucker. Because when you are in trouble, it is your God and family alone. Others come when you are cool, when it’s your turn to be victorious.”

Fans have also suggested a TikTok page to engage her, but she declined with a simple: “No time, darling.”

Bridget has reemerged, with new photos on her Instagram account displaying a notably slender figure and flawlessly retouched skin.

While some of her admirers have marveled at her newfound poise, some voices whispered that the radiant images she shared might have been sculpted by technology.

“AI will be the end of us…,” said one of her followers.

In 2022, the former Nairobi Diaries star and socialite was linked to cases of human trafficking in Turkey.

She was alleged to have lured a number of ladies to the Middle Eastern country promising jobs, only for them to end up being trafficked for sex, claims she has adamantly denied.

Bridget has yet to comment on claims that she was incarcerated in a Turkey jail over human trafficking.
