Davis Hezron Mwabili, a Kenyan actor popularly known through his stage name as Inspector Mwala, has stirred laughter online after meeting his fellow counterpart, a little person.

On his official Facebook page, Inspector Mwala uploaded a photo of him with a Kenya High School student he had seemingly visited.

Hilariously, he appreciated the form four student, who is indeed shorter than him.

“Isaac is a Form Four student at Kenyatta High School, and he’s shorter than me,” wrote the actor who features on Inspekta Mwala show aired by Citizen TV as the main character.

The two are seen in front of the school’s gate, with the student dressed in uniform and a long tie.

Encouraging this year’s Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidate, the comedian urged him not to be discouraged by his height.

Asking his followers to join him in motivating the student, he said hard work can make him shine academically.

“I encouraged him that that size is an asset and not a liability and that through hard work in his books, he’ll be among society’s tallest people in terms of success. What other advice would you give Isaac?” Inspector Mwala posed.

The post has since generated varied reactions, some making fun and jokes out of it.

“At least umepata anayekushinda kwa urefu. Usinipeleke kortini, najua inauma. Si unitafute please…” MC Kolu Nemiah Ng’enoh wrote.

“He should be encouraged by your success and consider you Inspector Mwala as a role model,” Godfrey Bushendich advised.

Known as a short man, through acting in the Inspekta Mwala Show, he satirically portrays himself as a no-nonsense Kenyan police officer.

His portrayal of a ‘police inspector’ in comedy is hilarious.

He conveys a very important message to the public, putting to task the National Police Service’s  interaction with Kenyans.

He started as an actor in the popular TV show, the now done, dusted, and forgotten Vitimbi (KBC), alongside the most respected father of comedy, the late Mzee Ojwang.
