Rapper Nyashinski encourages celebrities to seek ‘help’

Renowned Kenyan singer and songwriter, Nyashinski, recently took to his Instagram page to inspire individuals to seek help when faced with obstacles and setbacks.

The talented artist, widely known for his hit song ‘Hapo Tu,’ emphasized the importance of reaching out for support, particularly for those in the creative industry.

In his heartfelt post, Nyashinski reassured his followers that seeking help is not only acceptable but also necessary.

He acknowledged that everyone experiences moments of stumbling and falling in life.

However, he emphasized that what truly matters is how we rise from those challenges and learn from them.

The artist went on to highlight the presence of people who are willing to lend a helping hand, listen attentively, and be a source of support.

Nyashinski encouraged his audience to understand that they are not alone and that reaching out to others can make a significant difference.

“As a creative, I insist that it is okay to seek help. In fact, it is necessary. We all stumble and fall sometimes, but it is how we rise and learn from it that matters.

There are people out there who want to help, who want to listen to you, and who want to be there for you. You just have to take the first step and reach out,” Nyashinski wrote.

Nyashinski first gained recognition as a member of the popular music group Kleptomaniax before they disbanded.

Since embarking on a successful solo career, he has captured the hearts of fans with his distinctive musical style.

In a recent exclusive interview with Nairobi News, Nyashinski expressed his desire to create music that will transcend his own lifetime and give listeners a timeless experience.

“Personally, I want to leave a legacy and music that lasts beyond me. And that means my lyrics have to be inspired by more than just the environment, they have to be truths that are lived by generations to come. That’s my prayer,” he told Nairobi News.

He had also shared his experiences of living in the United States, revealing the tough reality he faced during his time there.

The father of two also explained that he relocated to the States in 2006 when he was at the peak of his stardom in Kenya, only to find himself leading a humble life in an unfamiliar town where nobody recognized him.

Nyashinski candidly described the difficulties he encountered during his ten-year stint in the States.

He disclosed that he had left the music scene behind and had taken up driving trucks to make ends meet for his family.
