Kwambox set to leave Vybez heads to Kiss FM
Radio presenter Sheila Kwamboka, known as Kwambox, might be heading to Radio Africa’s owned radio station Kiss 100.
This is according to close sources who say the bubbly presenter has already tendered in her resignation at Vybez.
“Kwambox tendered in her resignation and will be leaving in a few days. She will be transitioning to Radio Africa.”

Nairobi News understands Kwamboka has been spotted at Kiss FM’s Lion Place offices in the past few days, ostensibly to tie up loose ends on an impending contract ahead of joining the renowned media house.
Sources say she might be replacing media personality Kamene Goro who is said to be leaving Kiss FM as the breakfast host.
She will be a great fit for the Kiss FM brand that is seeking to attract the Gen z target audience.
Speaking to Nairobi News via phone, Kamene was hesitant to talk about the imminent departure from the media house she has called home for the last three years.
“I don’t have anything to say, but how is I leaving news?” Kamene asked.

She is known for her work as a television host and as a model, having graced several magazines’ covers and walked on the runway for various fashion events.
She began her career as a model and later transitioned into television, hosting several shows, including a dating show.
Kwambox came into the limelight after her first stint in BBA 3 in 2008. She entered the competition at 23 years of age.
She then returned to BBA in its fifth season in 2010, and even though she lasted till the last day, she sadly didn’t win.
Way back before all the fame, in 2005, the radio presenter won Miss Tourism Kenya.
