K-City business park is a business park with modern stalls which house various entities from eateries, clothing shops, banking agencies, modern saloons, and barbershops among others.

The ground in which the complex city is situated belongs to the Kenya Postal Corporation.

According to authorities, the ground had been bare for decades. Thus a group of entrepreneurs led by Mr Aguko made a decision to join hands and construct the park, which has now turned into a business center that offers gainful employment for the locals.

Through a lease arrangement with the Postal Corporation with the private investors, the corporation is generating income from an asset that has been idle for decades.

The business park is well-planned with a formal business layout, and the county government has greatly benefited from increased revenues from the structured establishments.
