Bongo artiste Jay Melody to perform in star-studded Kirinyaga show

Tanzanian singer Sharif Said Juma aka Jay Melody, is all set to ignite his Kenyan fans as he takes the stage at Jamii Executive Gardens in Mwea, Kirinyaga County. This performance comes as the popular establishment celebrates its first anniversary in the business of entertainment.

Jay Melody, currently the most sought-after Bongo singer, is gearing up to mesmerize his Kenyan supporters once again, following his mind-blowing performance in Meru earlier this year. Jay is famous for hits songs such as, Sawa, Nakupenda and Nitasema.

Sharing the stage with Jay Melody will be a lineup of Kenya’s finest DJs, MCs and comedians. Comedian Eric Omondi will be the main MC while Mugiithi singers Waithaka Wa Jane and Tonny Young will rock the night away with their captivating performances.

“I’m thrilled to visit Mwea for the first time and meet my adoring fans from Kirinyaga. It’s truly an honor to share the stage with some of the biggest names in Kenya and East Africa. I hope to deliver a performance that will leave the crowd awestruck and create memories that will last a lifetime,” MC Gogo said.

Jay Melody’s music journey began at an early age, although he wanted to become a businessman because he believed that without connections, he would not get through Tanzania’s music industry.

“People started knowing me as a song writer first, I have done songs such as Hallelujah, Njiwa for Willy Paul and Ndata for Nadia Mukami,” he said in a past interview with Willy M Tuva.
