Prophet Lovy: I’ve been ‘hearing God’ since I was 6 years old
Prophet Lovy Elias Logomba, a former secular musician who dominated the airwaves in Kenya in the 2000s with his late brother, Christian, says he has been hearing God since he was six-years-old.
The American based religious leader on Tuesday said he wanted to position believers to consistently hear God as he revealed his experience.
“I’m going to teach you a very simple lesson and this is the fundamentals of the prophetic ministry. Now, one of the issues I have found, when people attempt to teach the prophetic, they always teach it from a place of assumption but many of them don’t walk in the realm whereby they hear the voice of God,” Prophet Lovy began.

“I’m 36-years-old and I’ve been hearing God since I was six. So for 30 years, I have walked in the realm of hearing the voice of God. I have made mistakes, I have missed it sometimes; but by God’s grace, God has perfected this gifting within me. And this is something that every child of the living God who has given his life to the Lord Jesus also has within them,” he went on.
He said the top error he found in the realm of the prophetic was men and women who teach that people need to do things to earn the voice of God, to live, fast and pray in a certain way if they wanted to hear from God.
“Even though what they are saying is good, it is not bad but he reality is, there is nothing you can do to earn the voice of God. It is purely based on the sovereign love and mercy that our great God has for us,” he said.

He preached this as he announced that he would be starting a prophetic series on Instagram to teach people how to hear from God. Prophet Lovy preaches at the Revelation Church in Los Angeles, California.
He began preaching in 2013 after giving his life to Jesus Christ. In previous sermons, he once preached healing and restoration as he revealed he had been to heaven and returned to earth with a message for his congregants.
